Mission
SHAMBHU ITI’s mission is to provide opportunities of holistic development of the trainees by
- Imparting quality vocational Training, thus equipping them with the knowledge and skill set required for the advancement of manufacturing and Service sectors so as to cope with today’s global industrial environment.
- Executing the programmes to improve Employability of the trainees and supporting them with campus placement activities, thus contributing in Nation’s common goal of minimizing the unemployment among educated youth and fulfil the requirement of Industries.
Quality Policy
The most important asset of our institute is “Our Trainees”.
To make them successful we at “SHAMBHU ITI” are committed to impart quality vocational training through continual improvement in training procedures thus transforming our institute into a ” World Class Institute”.
Quality Objectives
- To introduce at least 01(one) new most sought trades of Industries in coming 2-3 years.
- To take students for Industrial visit in minimum of 02 (two) related industries per trade for real field exposure.
- To expand capacity in 03(three) trades Electrician, Fitter and Mechanic (Diesel) by running the institute in 03(three) shifts after due accreditation by QCI and affiliation by NCVT
- To include at least 04 (Four) new companies per year in institute’s yearly Campus Interview Programme in coming year 2015-16
- To conduct at least 05(Five) in house/out door” Trainings to Trainers” per year for our Instructors as a part of Continual Training Improvement Programme.
- To include at least 06 (Six) new Audio Visual CDs in library for each trade per year.
- To conduct at least 07 (Seven) skill development programmes like Lectures by experts from Industry, Technical Institutions, cultural events, games meet, seminar, Model Exhibition etc. in a year.
